We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we'll keep you informed by email.
Shipping Rates:
We strive to keep shipping as straightforward as possible. Shipping is a flat rate based on weight and will be applied at checkout.

APO/FPO military addresses have longer delivery transit times.

Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer due to limited transportation options, as shipments may travel by sea.
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other exceptional circumstances.
If you would like to order more than five colouring books, please email orders@ludwigcreations.com, and we will create a manual order for you with a reduced shipping rate.

Damages:
If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture and email us at orders@ludwigcreations.com immediately. We're committed to resolving such issues swiftly and will replace damaged goods within days of receipt.
